Our adoption policies are not as strict as some, but we do require a few things. We will require that you fill out the adoption application first and then we will contact you to set up a time for you to come visit with your potential pet.
Once you have met the animal of your choice, and decided that you would like to pursue the adoption process we will set up a time for a home visit. We welcome out of state adopters, and in that case, unless you are willing to travel for your meeting with your pet, a representative will do your home visit. We will then arrange for your pets transport to you.
Terms of Adoption are as follows:
*If for any reason you cannot keep the pet you have adopted, you MUST contact us and we will make arrangements for him/her to be returned to us. We don't want our adopted pets to be "dumped" at shelters or anywhere else. *Please note that adoption fees will NOT be returned.*
*We do not require that all pets be indoor pets, we understand that sometimes dogs are too large to be kept indoors, but we do ask that all puppies under 6 months of age be inside until they reach this age for their own safety. If animals are to be outdoor pets, you must have the proper safety enclosures on your property to ensure the animals safety.
*All animals will have a complete vet check, be wormed, have all vaccinations, and be altered before adoption.
*Adoption fees will vary depending on vet fees.
*You MUST be able to provide a vet reference.
